Support

Questions, bug reports and ideas all reach us the same way. Write to support@nomellabs.com, or use the form below.

We read every message and answer as soon as we can. English and German are both fine.

What helps in a bug report

A report is much easier to act on with a few details attached. If you have them at hand, please include:

App version
Shown in the app’s settings. If you cannot find it, tell us roughly when you installed or last updated the app.
Device
Manufacturer and model, for example Pixel 7a or Galaxy S23.
Android version
In your phone’s settings under “About phone”.
What happened
What you did, what you expected, and what the app did instead. If it happens every time rather than once, that is worth saying.

Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot, especially for anything visual. Those you can send to the address above. Please leave out passwords and anything else you would not want sitting in an inbox.

Send us a message

Everything except your email address is optional, but the more you tell us, the better we can help.

So we have somewhere to send the answer.

For a bug, the four details above make it much easier to track down.

Your message goes to our own server and from there straight into our mailbox as an email. We keep it only to answer you, and we do not use it for anything else. The privacy page has the details.

Deleting your data

Write to support@nomellabs.com, or use the form above, and say that you would like your data deleted. If you write from a different address than the one you used before, please mention the old one so we can find the right messages.

What we hold is only what you sent us: the messages you wrote through this form or through “Send feedback” in one of our apps, and your email address if you gave one. We delete them from our mailbox and send you a short confirmation.

Everything else never reaches us. Your library, your reading positions and your books stay on your phone, and uninstalling the app or clearing its data in the Android settings removes them. If you turned sync on, the copies sit in your own Google Drive, in a folder named “Fictionly” that you can delete yourself. The privacy page has the details.
