Who is responsible

Placeholder: name and postal address of the controller, plus a contact address for privacy questions. Has to match the Impressum.

This website

Placeholder: hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages), what is written to server logs, on what legal basis, and how long it is kept. Worth stating plainly that the site loads nothing from third parties, sets no cookies and runs no tracking.

The contact form

Placeholder: the form on the support page collects an email address, an optional name, a topic and a message. Describe the legal basis, that the message is delivered by email through our sending provider and not stored in a database, how long the email is kept, and name the provider as a processor with a data processing agreement in place.

Contacting us by email

Placeholder: what happens to an email sent to the support address, how the mailbox is operated, how long messages are kept.

Our apps

Placeholder: per app, what data stays on the device, what is transmitted and to whom, any permissions requested and why. Has to match the Google Play data safety form.

Your rights

Placeholder: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority, with the competent authority for Hesse named.
